Installation Notes for Non-English Windows Systems
The plug-in file PNGOUTPS.8bi will need to be installed to the localized version of the Photoshop\Plug-ins\File Formats directory, which is Photoshop/Zusatzmodule/Dateiformat on German systems, for example. We are researching the best way to make the install simpler, and we hope to find full documentation of these directories in all languages.
